Coordinator Data Hub Purchasing Toys (m/f/d)

Technical management and operational cooperation within the “Datahub” team in purchasing toys with responsibility for task distribution, prioritization and quality assurance. Coordination of team tasks: You keep an overview of new topics, control their processing and create clear processes. Ensuring a structured, efficient and consistent care of purchase-relevant master data – stationary and in the online shop. Processing relevant data for evaluations, reporting and operational purchasing decisions. Close cooperation with purchasing toys, logistics and accounting to ensure consistent processes and reliable data.

Complete studies of business management, business informatics or comparable commercial training. Multiannual experience in purchasing, controlling, data management or in the process-oriented project environment. Very good Excel features including functions, pivots and scripting via VBA or Power Query. High affinity for data structures, process optimization and automation. Embossed analytical skills and an independent, solution-oriented, structured working style. First experience in the professional management of teams or project groups combined with joy of responsibility and organization. Very good MS Office and English skills.
