Your tasks

• Quality management: Continuous improvement of the existing quality management system (DIN ISO 9001) incl. Planning and implementation of internal and external audits
• Process optimization: Development of innovative approaches to optimizing our operating processes
• Knowledge Management: Care and development of knowledge management
• Data Protection & Compliance: Area coordination of data protection and compliance
• Ticket process optimization: Continuous development of the ticket process and the ticket tool
• Lean Management: Implementation of Process and Lean Management Measures

Your profile

• Complete economic studies or commercial training with corresponding professional experience in process, change and quality management
• Quick conception, analytical thinking and independent thinking and working methods
• High sense of responsibility, target/result orientation and hands-on mentality
• Convinced appearance, empathy, situation-oriented communication with interface partners and stakeholders
• Openness for new and flexible changes
• Knowledge of personal economic processes and strong IT affinity
