You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the building management of our administrative buildings and a versatile portfolio of central internal services. This makes you responsible for powerful work environments and design services that make the working day of all employees noticeably easier and positive. You run your area of expertise with around 40 employees, organized in four areas of expertise and discipline. In doing so, you develop structures and processes and consistently align services with the corporate goals and the needs of our internal customers. You are responsible for the safe, economical and sustainable operation of the supervised buildings and continuously develop modern building management processes and the building infrastructure. At the same time, you develop central services around the services of employees, service and workwear as well as printing and postal services and secure a reliable operating operation together with your property management. You take over the overall responsibility for projects and ensure an economic, quality and timely implementation. You tax internal and external stakeholders and represent the interests of your department. You recognize changes and optimization requirements early and develop robust solutions. You combine economics, quality and user orientation and actively shape change processes. You control external planners and service providers, accompany tenders and awards and ensure the legally compliant and economic performance.

Complete university studies in facility management, architecture, civil engineering or building engineering and a comparable qualification as well as multi-year professional and leadership experience Experience in controlling complex organizational units Funded knowledge in project and change management as well as sovereign handling of complex requirements and different interests Ability to translate strategic corporate objectives into effective operational measures and to inspire employees with clear objectives and convincing communication Conceptual thinking, decision strength, high sense of responsibility and an inclusive leadership style with strong team orientation

39 hours a week - We reduce the weekly working time until you only work 37 hours from July 2027.
