Processing and testing of invoices for facility management services Support of contracts with service providers, e.g. for cleaning, maintenance or security services Support in the monitoring and control of budget and expenditure Management and appointment of materials and equipment Maintenance and updating of data in our systems General administrative activities to support the Facility Management team

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in facility management or in a comparable role Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of accounting and budget planning Secure knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Very good organizational skills, care and accuracy
