We are looking for you for the City Combating of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied on 01.01.2026 and indefinitely. The Department of Trade Tax and Taxes is responsible for determining the trade, dog and pleasure tax. As a rule, the basis for the definition of trade tax is the measurement or dismantling decision adopted by the financial authorities. Decisions relating to wounds, suspensions and events are also taken in this area.

You are responsible for the execution of current commercial tax rebates The factual examination of trade tax rulings and the verification of mechanical trade tax charges are among your tasks You calculate and set the trade tax for manual claims Your duties also include fixing and requesting investment interest and commercial tax advance payments You are in contact with the financial offices Statistics tasks complete the task A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed training as an administrator or manager, a completed first examination according to the pay order (VKA, before. ) or a comparable qualification with professional experience in public administration Professional and legal knowledge of tax and administrative law are of advantage Good MS Office knowledge Knowledge of the EDV applications SAP‐PSCD and KM‐V (Kommunalmaster Veranlag) are desirable.
