Your Daily Business is accompanied by the recruiting process, such as job vision, communication with candidates, and finally reporting You support and accompany university cooperation and trade fairs to inspire our young talents of tomorrow for Ernsting's family As part of the internal employer branding, you actively shape the master table of our work students, interns and trainees You coordinate and attend our pupil interns on campus and organize various events for the target group In the field of young talents, a lot of things are moving so that new topics are always emerging in which you can actively support

You want to spend at least one and a half years at 20 hours/week and study (economic)psychology, education or have a comparable focus in your studies We continue to build on first experiences by, for example, internships in the field of personal marketing, recruiting and/or young talent The mix of teamwork and self-sponsored work gives you as much pleasure as the combination of administrative and creative tasks Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in the creation of presentations for (high) school cooperation Communicative skill, a reliable way and enthusiasm for the topics to accompany our young talents and the diverse areas of expertise
