As Account Manager (m/w/d) in the PCB industry, you actively shape the growth strategy of our Electronics Group. You are responsible for both the acquisition of new customers and the further development of existing partnerships in Germany – with the prospect of gradually expanding your responsibility to Europe. In this key role, drive ahead the commercial development of your area and report directly to the Business Manager Electronics. The position can be fully remotely exercised.

Your responsibility Construction and maintenance of a resilient internal stakeholder network – including Business Manager, Business Director and Technical Sparring Partners – to provide all relevant information for business expansion at an early stage Control of the commissioning of new plants including coordination of all technical and organizational interfaces Identification of new growth opportunities through commercial and technical strategies to further develop our business Creating a medium-term plan for order intake and sales including forecasting, monitoring and regular performance analyses Building and maintaining long-term partnerships in the Semiconductor sector to strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales potential Development and implementation of new customer acquisition programs, in particular through the introduction, presentation and positioning of new products Organisation and management of Troubleshooting operations including root analysis, solution development and close coordination with internal interfaces.

Found expertise in process and surface engineering as well as completion as a state-tested electroplating technician driving licence class B Passion for sales, pronounced negotiation skills and a sovereign appearance Stress-resistant and collaborative personality with high emotional intelligence Open, sympathetic and convincing communication personality Very good communication skills in German and English
