You take product responsibility for our portfolio of digital customer products – such as our established Fleet Management System – and continuously develop this portfolio. As a strategic manager, you actively shape the future of our digital solutions as well as our product organization. Strategic responsibility: You define the product strategy and roadmap within your domain and ensure their implementation. End-to-end product responsibility: You are responsible for the entire product life cycle – from idea to scaling and operation to Sunset. Guided Tour & Enablement: You guide Product Owner and Delivery Manager professionally, set clear goals and framework conditions and develop the product organization with coaching and modern agile methods. Stakeholder Management: You are co-ordinating with sales units, central portfolio management and other relevant departments.
Completed studies in economics, business informatics and the like (master degree of advantage) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in digital product management and the professional management of several teams Deep Business and Commercial Understanding Experience in the development of digital strategies and end-to-end product responsibility Funded knowledge in agile product development and organizational design with the focus Product organization Pronounced communication strength in German and English (C1)
