Lecturer for the DELO Academy training team (m/f/d)

You train new and existing employees as well as customers in theoretical foundations of adhesive technology and other non-technical topics You work with joint courses at universities and support excursions with student and student groups as well as at staff fairs You continuously optimize and update the training content and identify needs You act as a learning companion for the participants of self-learning units You are part of our e-learning team and transform training in Blended Learning formats

You have completed your studies in engineering / natural sciences, also on apprenticeship, and ideally first professional experience You can communicate confidently and present yourself in large groups You already have first experiences as a speaker for technically complex topics You master the German and English language very well in word and writing You are characterized by very good organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental work and thinking Ideally you have already created e-learnings You are used to think analytically and to work conceptually You bring a high degree of initiative and can inspire others
