Promote digitization: You actively shape the introduction of our new SAP-SuccessFactors system landscape and bring your expertise into technical and process implementation. You support the further development of our system landscape towards an innovative, cloud-based HR platform that rethinks digital HR processes and creates the basis for tomorrow's personnel work. Support systems & develop: You take responsibility for the alignment and implementation of the configuration as well as the support as well as the quality assurance and continuous further development of our SAP HCM/SuccessFactors system landscape. Through regular tests, maintenance and system checks, you are responsible for stable processes and high system availability. Project work: You work with various areas for projects to digitize the HR sector across the Group.
