We offer you

• Participation in the development and orientation of first-level support

This is expected

• Construction of an internal first-level support (reward service) for technical support for a state-of-the-art robotic system in hospital logistics / drop-car supply

• Troubleshooting of technical disruptions in robotics and connected IT infrastructure

• Interface work between the AEMP and the robotics manufacturer company

• Evaluation, analysis and processing of technical disorders

• Knowledge transfer / training of technical problem solutions to the users

This will bring you

• Desirably enrollment as a student (from the 4th semester) in a technical course, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or Computer Science (with technical reference)

• Flowing German and English skills

• Social competence, pronounced communicative skills

• A high level of readiness and reliability

• Professional experience in healthcare desirable
