Senior Accountant / Accounting and Tax Specialist (m/f/d)

Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts: You are responsible for coordinating the final process for our parent company and ensure the timely creation of the financial statements according to the legal requirements (HGB). Coordination of main and secondary books: You ensure the quality of accounting through regular consultations and analyses and advance necessary adjustments. Balance sheet and tax issues: You provide expert advice on balance-sheet and tax issues and ensure that your expertise is involved in decision-making processes. Cooperation with adjacent departments: You work closely with adjacent disciplines, meet financially relevant requirements and advance cross-disciplinary topics in a structured manner. Financial Disposition and Cash Management: You monitor and control the cash flows and ensure liquidity. Interface to tax advisors and auditors: You work with our tax advisors and auditors and ensure reliable communication.

Qualification: You have completed a degree with a focus on finance, accounting or tax, or have a comparable qualification, e.g. a further education on the account holder (m/w/d). Professional experience: You have several years of experience in accounting, for example as balance sheet accounting (m/w/d), senior accountant (m/w/d), referent accounting (m/w/d) or comparable – ideally in the completion of an internationally active industrial company. Expertise: You provide secure accounting knowledge in the individual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB as well as sound knowledge in the field of corporate taxes. IT competence: You have profound user knowledge in SAP FI/CO and work safely with Microsoft Office. Language skills: You communicate safely in German and English – both in writing and oral.
