You are the interface between Kursana and the delays of our senior real estate You develop contract strategies and processes to optimize contract and real estate management You formulate objectives and prepare basis for the management You take care of the pre- and post-processing of contract negotiations, conduct them in cooperation with your supervisor and manage commercial leases and supplements You monitor the performance of the contract including time-limit management and contract extensions
