Founded in 2021, Airbus Logistik GmbH takes over the logistics supply of the Airbus end assembly lines with aircraft components for the A320 program. As Airbus subsidiary we receive, store, ship and transport goods for installation in the end lines Hamburg, Tianjin (China), Mobile (USA) and Toulouse (France).

For these new opportunities and challenges in the world of logistics, Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg is now looking for motivated employees for the position as Incoming goods bookings**(D/M/W) for our location Am Genter Ufer**.

Your activities include:**

• Check incoming goods for clearly identifiable damages, check out packages lists and sorting out parts / batches / serial numbers
• Indexing goods and labels
• Commodity receipts for large and small parts (incl. inch)
• Collection and processing of free goods and customs goods in Airbus IT and warehouse IT systems (e.g. SAP, PTS)
• Data acquisition and data maintenance in the WMS
• Examination and correction of open booking operations
• Examination of customs documents for the content and time limits and communication with the customs and transmission of documents
• Internal contact person in order processing and irregularities

Knowledge and qualifications are required:**

• Specialist in warehouse logistics or commercial training
• Pre-experience required in the field of operational contract logistics
• Knowledge of the German language (in word and writing; at least. B2 level)
• Customs skills desirable
• Experience in handling IT and material management systems (SAP/PTS)
• Loadability, reliability and customer orientation
• layer readiness required
