You take over the representation of the object protection officer in the event of an absence and assist in the planning and organization of the object protection You are responsible for the service management of the external security personnel with regard to coordination and professional guidance With the help of controls, visits and other safety-relevant measures, you can secure a high safety standard in object protection You develop object protection together with the team management through risk analysis, security concepts and emergency plans You work closely with internal bodies as well as external service providers and authorities You ensure complete documentation of incidents and reports

A completed training in safety or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in property protection or security services as well as ideally first management or representation experience Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and safety standards A high level of responsibility, enforcement and reliability Organisational strength and an independent, structured way of working Good communication skills in the German language (min. B2-levelau) and team orientation The readiness for flexible working hours (possibly readiness to shift or call)
