• As Senior Product Manager Digital Assets (m/w/d), you will develop the Digital Assets product bundle strategically and manage its operational implementation together with the product management units.
• You define the product strategy including business case and roadmap for crypto solutions in private customer business.
• They bring together customer requirements, market developments and technical implementation and create the basis for new product solutions.
• They initiate strategic partnerships, build a network within the digital asset industry and maintain the exchange with cooperative banks, associations and other cooperation partners.
• They coordinate, on the one hand, the cooperation in the cross-functional product team and coordinate closely with the technical product management and the front-end development; on the other hand, in cooperation with partners of the cooperative finance group, they control external service providers from communication and IT.
• They design effectiveness analyses, validate new product ideas based on hypotheses and prototypes and prepare the results for management.
• Together with product marketing, you develop communication measures and target group-specific sales concepts.
• You bring your expertise into cross-disciplinary initiatives, projects and task forces and position the theme of digital assets within the organization.

• Successfully completed bachelor, master or graduate studies or a comparable qualification in the field of economics, economics
• Multiannual professional practice in product management with experience in agile projects
• Understanding digital assets with a focus on retail solutions, crypto applications and regulatory requirements, especially MiCAR
• Routine in the form of end customer, B2B and service provider contracts in the capital market environment
• Practice in coordination with supervisory authorities in the framework of permission procedures and in optimizing and digitizing processes to improve customer experience
• Comprehensive market knowledge in the capital and crypto environment, as well as a safe view for customer requirements, technological developments and their impact on sales and product management
• Strong interest in Web3 technologies and customer experience as well as very good German in word and writing
