AI implementation: As part of a major change and digitization project, you are driving the conception of AI solutions in a new, future-oriented service platform – for example through the further development of a WhatsApp platform – and thus make an important contribution to the automation and optimization of our service processes Further development of the AI knowledge database: With your view for details, you continuously optimize our AI knowledge database, ensure the quality of the content, check the performance of the AI and thus contribute significantly to significantly increasing the efficiency in the daily business for our service agents Quality assurance: By systematically testing and evaluating different AI use cases, you can ensure the quality of the solutions and make targeted improvements Reporting & measures: Through the creation of regular reporting, you create transparency about the performance and progress of the AI Use Cases and derive concrete measures for further optimization Use-Case Control: In close cooperation with process management, you identify new AI Use Cases to boost efficiency in the new service department and take over their planning and control in coordination with Product Owner and development team Stakeholder Management: Through continuous coordination with relevant departments, IT, Product Ownern and the development team, you ensure that requirements are clear, priorities remain transparent and projects are targeted

Qualification profile: A completed study in the field of business, (economic) informatics or an equivalent qualification forms the basis for your entry into this position Project experience: The wigs and challenges in project management know you from multi-year professional experience and have already worked safely with Excel or other project management tools System knowledge: Ideally you have first experiences with ServiceNow and NowAssist and can bring this knowledge directly into the further development of our AI-based service world Digital affinity: A strong enthusiasm for AI and digital trends as well as a good basic understanding for AI, automation and digital assistants bring you along and translate this understanding into practical project decisions Analysis and numerical strength: A pronounced analytical mindset, a high number affinity and the overview also in complex requirements shape your work Working style: With a lot of initiative as well as an independent and structured way of working, you drive themes forward and keep a cool head in unpredictable situations.
