You conduct technical and disciplined network connections with around seven interdisciplinary employees – including strategic project managers, energy experts and contract managers. Your team has the task of structuring the cross-border development in connection and customer business at all levels of tension, deriving requirements from legal/regulatory changes and making it feasible for the operational business – the team is working with the legal field, regulation, process and digitization team as well as the operating teams across customers & markets and beyond. In terms of content, positioning of the Berlin electricity grid in the context of lobbying and federation activities is just as important as the support of strategic projects. Furthermore, you are responsible for the processes for creating the price sheets for the connection business and the measuring point operation, as well as the continuous development and deployment of the framework agreements for measuring point operators and suppliers. Your team and you also support the communication of positions to external stakeholders.

a completed responsibilities-related high-level/university degree programme of the Department of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or a comparable discipline. multiannual professional experience in the energy industry with proven professional responsibility in the legal/regulatory environment and lateral management by, for example, proven project or program lines. the ability to build bridges between areas as well as work quickly into new topics. a high understanding and fun to incorporate into legal regulations, systems and processes. high level of durability, design ability, commitment and strength of conviction and reliability. a very safe occurrence - even in challenging situations.
