The energy industry is changing - and we are actively shaping it. Our Data & System Management department is responsible for the strategic control and further development of central solutions for distribution network operation (VNB), for measuring point management (gMSB) and the grid economic applications. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a structured, co-ordination-strong personality with a view to overall processes and the motivation to actively advance future-oriented solutions.

You control, prioritize and develop the department's project and product portfolio You create transparency by building and maintaining a structured portfolio, action and status controlling You analyze and optimize existing solutions by showing potential and synergies between them You take over and tax group-wide projects with high relevance for the department and keeps track of dates, results and dependencies You coordinate and structure the cooperation between groups involved and ensure a reliable coordination You identify and evaluate innovation and technology trends and derive options for action and decision making You support the department management operationally, conceptually and strategically, e.g. by preparing decision, control and management documents You provide information, establish a consistent reporting system and provide a clear basis of decision

Complete study of the economy, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the project, portfolio or PMO environment, ideally in the energy industry or a comparable environment Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a structured working method Experience in coordinating complex, cross-sector projects Safe appearance and pronounced communication and moderation competence, also towards executives High level of ownership, organisational strength and liability
