Your duties

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and agreed cleaning performance in your properties in the area of Neckarsulm, Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area
• Planning and coordination of personnel and ensuring quality
• Motivating and promoting employee management in everyday work
• Trustful cooperation with external service providers and customers
• Economic management of responsibility
• Optimization of the use of cleaning machines, materials, chemical, engineering and cleaning processes
• Compilation of working hours and preparation for wage billing

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in building cleaning, housekeeping or hotel industry desirable
• Optimally multi-year professional experience in building cleaning and/or as a manager, e.g. as a section line/area line/object line
• Careful appearance, reliability and safe handling of customers
• Organizational and communication talent
• Class B licence
