handling in all questions of receivable management – in particular the blocking management, i.e. preparation of counter blocking, processing, decision and production of counter openings and manual blocking orders clarification of unclear customer accounts for inquiries, processing of customer complaints Processing of customer requests and complaints concerning all issues related to payment matters, negotiation on the conclusion of stalking and installment payment agreements, clarification of legal bases

Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent knowledge and skills Professional practice in customer service and/or receivable management Energy-economic know-how advantageous Routined handling of MS Office Reliable working style and readiness to take responsibility Very good expressiveness in word and writing in the German language Service orientation, commitment and team spirit
