Engineer in the field of sustainability, climate protection and energy management (m/f/d)

You take over the holistic sustainability and energy management consultancy of the branch as well as those involved in the life cycle of the property You pursue global, national and country-specific objectives in the field of sustainability (SDG, Paris Climate Agreement, European Green Deal, Climate Protection Act NRW, etc.) You establish topics of sustainability in construction projects (e.g. BNB certification) and in the operational and recovery phase of the real estate You are responsible for in-house consulting on energy management, including renewable energy and climate protection You support technical monitoring (energy and plant monitoring), analysis of data and optimization of energy and media consumption and audit You support the implementation and monitoring of commissioning management You support the application of internal tools in the field of sustainability and help to create rental offers You are responsible for the communication on consulting enquiries on the ''Energy Consulting'' consultancy product between branch and business units, as well as the initiation, coordination and control of consulting order processing The answer to customer requests to evaluate the inventory from the point of view of sustainability, including the presentation of structural and energy measures, is also in your area of responsibility.

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering or economic engineering. or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and then a professional experience corresponding to at least six years in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: Ideally, you will have first professional experience in energy consulting, energy management, including renewable energies. You have first experiences with sustainability certifications (BNB; DGNB, etc.) and the implementation of sustainability over the entire life cycle (eco balance, wood construction, circulatory construction, greening of buildings, comfort in interior spaces, etc.) You have a sound knowledge of project management and the management of external service providers You have knowledge of commissioning management and building automation as well as the measurement control technology of a property Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of legal regulations and normative requirements in the field of sustainability and climate protection (SDG, European Green Deal, Climate Protection Act NRW, etc.) Good computer skills are of course for you You have the ability to analytical and holistic thinking and innovative concept development You bring safe German knowledge, which at least correspond to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing), and have the willingness and ability to guide a service-fz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
