Implementation of modernisation strategies from the perspective of stock management Planning, coordination and implementation of modernization announcements and information events for tenants Processing and implementation of modernisation measures according to legal and internal requirements Link and contact person for internal specialist departments (e.g. commercial project development, technology, customer service) as well as external stakeholders (e.g. tenants, social institutions, authorities) Ensuring transparent, customer-oriented communication and information in the quarter Control and moderation of escalation cases in connection with modernisation measures Continuous process optimization and acquisition of special topics and projects Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees

Successfully completed studies in the real estate sector, construction, social management or a comparable qualification, at least one training to the real estate businessman/wife First leadership experience desirable Multiannual professional experience in housing, ideally in the field of modernization and quarter management Secured knowledge in commercial lease law and experience in dealing with complex contractual structures Good IT skills in MS-Office and SAP Embossed service, customer and solution orientation, even in challenging situations Responsible and structured work, especially with high workloads and diverse tasks Strategic thinking, negotiation skills and clear and open communication - also in challenging conversation situations
