Automotive Service Advisor

You are the friendly first contact person(s) around maintenance, repair and service. You coordinate dates, plan capacities and keep an overview even in tight schedules – organized, reliable, solution-oriented. You create transparent cost estimates, calculations and offers – understandably explained so that the customer feels comfortable. You bring additional services into play, but always with focus on customer satisfaction and trust – Upselling yes, but never at the expense of the customer. You document every step cleanly in the service/diagnosis system and ensure clear communication between workshop and service. You keep stock in mind, recognize needs early and organize timely orders. You live teamwork: We support each other, learn from each other and celebrate success together.

Complete training in the field of CVT or multi-year relevant professional experience as a service consultant. Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of diagnostic systems and service management tools. Organizational strength, initiative and a pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working. Loyalty, reliability and a spirit that the team advances. Willingness and joy in further development.
