Management and organisation of the care facility Ensuring the occupancy and utilization of the house Control and compliance with business objectives attitude, leadership and motivation of employees Further development of quality standards Accompanying MDK exams and audits of home supervision

Completed training or studies in the health, economic, social, or nursing area, as an alternative commercial training with corresponding additional qualification Ideally, at least two years of relevant management experience in a stationary or comparable facility Detection of professional and personal suitability for home management according to §2 HeimPersV Knowledge of home and nursing law and quality management Designed leadership, communication and organizational skills Business thinking and sense of responsibility Safe, appreciative appearance to employees, residents and external partners
