for the expert area: Examination and evaluation of the construction and execution of nuclear power plants / intermediate storage Examination and evaluation of management systems in nuclear power plants / intermediate camps (in particular personnel planning, security culture, motivation maintenance, competence and knowledge management as well as organisational learning) Based consideration of the interface Human-Technical Organization (MTO) in nuclear power plants / intermediate storage Documentation of results obtained in the form of opinions / opinions for consulting: Project-related support for energy supply companies in building and developing their emergency and crisis management Development and further development of customer-specific regulations for the organisation of construction and execution, as well as the aids for an emergency/crisis/catastrophe case Conception, implementation and evaluation of customer-specific training, workshops and exercises in the field of emergency and crisis management as well as disaster protection (on-site and online) Implementation of application-related research projects in the organisational sector

People with interest and desire to look over the edge of the plate Successfully completed studies (Master, Diploma, if necessary PhD), ideally related to psychology (e.g. psychology, BWL, sociology, marketing) Practical experience in the field of organisational consulting, training conception and implementation, management systems and/or expert presentation - but we also like to give professional beginners the opportunity to develop knowledge and practical experience as part of a comprehensive training.
