Service Manager IT Infrastructure (m/w/d)

You take responsibility for managing and optimizing hardware and software assets to ensure efficient use of resources You ensure the quality of IT services in the asset sector and continuously develop them Regular license checks and analysis as well as optimization of license usage are part of your everyday life You coordinate the entire licensing process via our internal procurement tool You support the departments in IT orders and check and approve them as part of order management You constantly document and develop the processes in order and asset management You represent the interests of our area in the ordering process and work closely with the IT service managers You drive change management activities forward and promote transparent communication The maintenance and updating of the approval matrix is your responsibility You actively contribute to service review meetings and support in the Incident Management Process Together with service providers, you opt for processes to improve service provision You monitor the services of our service partners and ensure compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) You check the quality of the services provided and define KPIs to measure the results You create service-relevant documents such as SLA, support documentation and service request documents You're planning and updating the service documentation for the services assigned to you In project management, you perform coordinating tasks in the PMO and plan project steps based on a work-bakdown structure (WBS) The use of project management methods completes your profile That's what we want from you:
