Tasks

• They serve and advise the trainees and are available as the first respondent.
• The planning, organisation and further development of the training is one of their tasks.
• Recruitment of trainees for commercial and commercial professions is in their hands - from tendering to onboarding.
• Organisation as well as participation in vocational and school trade fairs is in their area of responsibility
• They work with associations, schools and external partners.
• They organize internal teaching.
• The design and implementation of the strategic orientation of training with the help of active training officers is one of the tasks.

Qualifications

• You have a completed study or commercial training and first professional experience in the field of personnel, ideally focusing on training support.
• Empathy, openness and communication talent are among your strengths.
• They have a quick understanding and a structured, organized and independent way of working.
• You have an enthusiasm for innovation and enthusiasm for current topics and trends in training.
• Required are knowledge of the handling of SAP systems and a safe handling of MS Office.
