You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the group assigned to you and ensure the implementation of the quality and department objectives The department management supports you in quality reporting, KPI control, budget planning and strategic development Plan and organize internal processes, prioritize orders and optimize existing processes The ongoing process control will accompany you, identify deviations and assist in the cause analysis and troubleshooting You coordinate and moderate internal problems and measures and participate in project and production meetings In the case of final acceptance and quality testing of systems, subsystems and assemblies with the customer, you will work with You coordinate cooperation with relevant internal departments and ensure an efficient flow of information The leadership, motivation and further development of the employees, including employee talks and performance assessments, take care of you in coordination with the department management You work in personnel deployment planning and in other disciplinary tasks The professional and operational development of the assigned group will actively support you and, if necessary, will work with you in the operational day-to-day business

You have a completed training as an electronics technician and ideally a further training for the technician in the field of electrical engineering. Long-term professional experience in quality management as well as sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and product requirements Experience in disciplinary leadership as well as strong leadership and delegation competence are advantageous You have good knowledge of ERP, CAQ and data processing systems Knowledge of relevant standards and methods of quality management You convince by enforcement, decision-making and willingness to take responsibility A durable, resilient and empathic personality as well as pronounced communication, motivation and team skills You work proactively, structured and result-oriented Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
