For the Waldenburg site, we are looking for a team leader MRP / Planning / Manufacturing Control (m/w/d) , who takes responsibility for the area MRP in the series.

As a team manager Disposition / Planning / Manufacturing Control (m/w/d) you take over the team's technical and disciplinary leadership in the disposition and ensure smooth planning and control of the series order processing. Leadership and development of the team: You conduct employee talks, implement qualification measures and promote the further development of your team members. Control & Optimization : You analyze order planning and control processes, identify optimization potentials and implement sustainable improvements together with the team. : You develop and monitor relevant KPIs for controlling the area and guide targeted measures for deviations. Customer-oriented order control: You ensure a timely and smooth handling of customer orders. Visualization & Transparency : You take over the representation of the production orders and their status in the individual assembly areas by means of suitable order boards. Shop Floor Management & Project Management: You shape the regular shop floor rounds in the area and accompany cross-border optimization projects.

DEIN PROFIL Background: You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or comparable discipline. Professional and leadership experience: You bring several years of experience in disposition and operational purchasing with leadership responsibility. Know-How: You bring proven experience in material flow optimization in the manufacturing environment. Soft Skills: You convince with your pronounced analytical and solution-oriented thinking and interest in the continuous optimization of processes.
