Determining and defining the project objectives, the economic process and building the project-specific organisational structures Participation in the selection of other project participants such as specialist planners, consultants and exporting companies Preparing, managing and controlling project meetings and sharing with project participants and other interfaces (internal/ external) Leading and active participation in contract and follow-up negotiations Testing technical content and decision-making, introducing ideas and developing solutions proposals in cooperation with our expert teams Defining, controlling and securing costs, dates and quality of planning and construction services

Successfully completed study of technical building equipment (TGA), utility technology, electrical engineering, building technology, energy engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. technician) Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting, construction or technical project management Good knowledge of recognised rules and technology (DIN, VDI and legal requirements) Good knowledge of contractual content and relationships of HOAI, AHO, VOB and public procurement law Passion for the topics of optimization and digitalization, quality assurance as well as the environment and ecology of complex technical buildings Joy in dealing with builders and project participants Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts
