Production Coordinator (m/f/d)

Coordination of an optimal melting and glass production process with the head of the production unit Coordination of compliance / implementation of process and control parameters, problem analysis using RCA methodology Initiation of measures in the event of discrepancies in solving the problem in cooperation with the shift managers, hot-end specialists and quality assurance Active cooperation in day-to-day business with all relevant interfaces to achieve efficient tub organisation Responsibility for the organisation of scheduled repairs and maintenance work on the production facilities/lines of the tub Updating all relevant key figures and performance data and updating the production unit information board Implementation and coordination of optimization projects and measures at the respective tub and the control of the 5S measures (planning and monitoring) Introduction of necessary production-relevant corrective measures in case of complaints in coordination with the head of the tub and implementation of these in coordination with the involved functions (Technical Center, Quality Assurance) Preparation of customer and certification audits at the respective tub Coordination of the subprocesses in production during the development process of new products (calculation, patterning, initial production) Representation of own superior in his absence Compliance and compliance with all occupational safety and safety requirements Ensure work safety, order and cleanliness and compliance with hygiene guidelines

Ideally studied as an engineer (m/w/d) Verfahrenstechnik or alternatively further training as an industrial master (m/w/d) Enforcement and sense of responsibility Experience in the application of LEAN methods High level of autonomy, rapid understanding and team-oriented working
