Tasks

• Analysis and elimination of complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical disturbances on equipment using modern diagnostic systems.
• Planning, execution and documentation of repair, maintenance, assembly and rebuilding work including commissioning, test runs and optimization of machine controls.
• organization of the assembly process as well as initiation of replacement parts and material procurement.
• manufacture and adaptation of spare parts and auxiliary and auxiliary equipment according to technical specifications.
• Analysis and elimination of vulnerabilities and participation in the continuous optimization of maintenance standards and maintenance processes.
• Construction and extension of installations by technical plans and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Profile

• At least 3 years completed technical training with a focus on electronics or mechatronics.
• Permission to work with 400 volts.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities.
• Knowledge of automation technology, robotics, PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and sensor technology.
• experience with servo and frequency converter technology as well as various sensor technologies.
• Secure handling of MS Office and common PC applications.
• High self-initiative and sense of responsibility.
• German knowledge on C1 level (written and oral).
