Total Responsible Object Management / Site Management in an International Environment of the Pharmaceutical Industry Control, operational planning and professional management of your own home technicians Monitoring and quality assurance of cleaning services (including interface coordination to service providers) Creation of KPI evaluations and regular reporting in English Monitoring and updating of the baseline customer contract incl. Tracking performance changes Creation of offers for additional services and repairs in coordination with contractors and internal departments Close cooperation and professional handling of international clients, users and customers

Do you have technical skills, a solution-oriented way of working and enjoy keeping buildings running? We look forward to your application! Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further training in facility management Multiannual experience in object management / site management, preferably in regulated industries (e.g. Pharma, Life Science, Chemistry) Leadership experience in the management of home technology teams and service providers Safe handling of key figures, KPIs and reporting Very good German and good to very good English knowledge in word and writing Excellent service and quality awareness, safe occurrence and high communication strength Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation
