For our department Wohnungswirtschaft & Kommunen Mitte in Sarstedt (near Hanover), we are looking for a power engineer (m/w/d). A task that challenges As a sales engineer, you actively shape the energy transition. Together with the project team, you develop sustainable energy solutions individually according to customer needs. In your function, you are responsible for the following tasks in consultation with the department management: As a customer expert, you take stock customer care, customer renewal and recuperation. You identify the customer needs and develop suitable technical and economic solutions for this purpose, develop business-economic calculations as well as offers and contracts.

You are responsible for the negotiation of offers and contracts, customer visits and contracts.

In addition, you’ll support all relevant databases and systems with current data to ensure the handling of downstream processes and monitoring of relevant key figures.

You’ll start and support acquisition plans, market analysis and product development.

You guide or support customer projects as well as internal projects and initiatives and lead them to success with your experience.

You take special tasks in coordination with the department management/management.

You are a sales personality and a designated sales professional. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in different areas of energy supply, technology and in particular in sales.

You're burning to satisfy our customers. You think in solutions and alternatives, and you like to face any challenge.

With your binding and sympathetic appearance and strength of communication, you can inspire people from your ideas.

You are also convinced in difficult situations with sovereignty, negotiation skills and ability to assess, are targeted and strong.

You are rooted in the Hanover region and already have a network in the industry and relevant customer groups, in particular municipalities, housing and business.

In addition, you bring the following professional qualifications: You have successfully completed a technical degree (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) or something comparable. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a commercial study and are able to evaluate even more complex technical facts and explain to your customer due to your strong technical understanding.

You can rely on experience in project work and have basic knowledge in project management methods. Ideally, you have a qualification as project manager (IHK) or are certified at least according to IPMA Level D.

You have a good knowledge of the energy and legal framework for energy solutions.

You work as far as possible self-organized. Travel activities - in particular in the associated region - are part of your activities.

You can safely communicate in German and English (C1 level).
