Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Location: Gera Type of employment: Full-time

We are looking for you as a staff member (m/w/d) for our branch!

Your tasks:

• Care of partnership relationships with existing customers and acquisition of potential new customers
• Presentation of our services at trade fairs and events
• recruitment of new employees
• fostering contacts with cooperation partners and organisations (e.g. employment agencies, educational institutions and private employment agents)
• Written and oral correspondence and appointment coordination with applicants

Your profile:

• Experience in the personnel service industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of the AÜG, IGZ-DGB tariff system are desirable
• Initiatives and independent work
• Impressive communication and persuasiveness and sensitivity for customer interests
• Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
• Enforcement, resilience, social competence and flexibility
• Secure handling of MS Office products and Zvoove (Landwehr L1)
• FS class 3
