Architect of the Greenfield rollout: You design our new Odoo landscape from scratch. You make sure that the solution is performant, manageable and scalable – always focusing on the standard and well-considered use of add-ons. Governance & Standards: You define the architectural guidelines. You make sure that the 'Clean Core' philosophy is preserved and prevents unnecessary complexity through clear governance for configurations and extensions. Integration folder: You are responsible for the interface strategy (API-based). You also make sure that Odoo is seamlessly integrated into our remaining data landscape. Agiler Enabler: You're the technical head behind our Odoo start. You accompany the pilot phase, advise the areas of process design and lay the foundation for a future team of experts. Product Ownership: You understand Odoo as a long-term product, not as a unique project. You develop a roadmap that meets our business requirements while keeping the upgrade path in the standard. Mentoring & Team Building: You are the first component of our Odoo team. You accompany the building professionally, establish code reviews as well as best practices and mentor future team members. Service trips: Occasional trips to European locations are part of your everyday life – we always stay grounded.

Experience: You are experienced in the Odoo architecture and have already accompanied several implementations. You know the strengths of the standard, but also know when an add-on is sensible and when not. Architecture DNA: You think in system landscapes. API management and clean data integration are of course for you. Mindset: You unite ''agile pioneering spirit'' with ''contractual eye dimension''. You are able to advance Odoo agilely in a conservative environment without losing sight of stability and governance. Odoo expertise: You can master the standard and the Odoo-Framework (Python/XML/JS) safely enough to design the architecture not only, but also to reliably assess the quality of external or internal developments. Upgrade-Mindset: You develop architectures with a view to future versions. You know how to build extensions that do not cause 'Pain Points'' in an Odoo version jump. Communication: You are a sovereign contact for the business and the IT team. You can make complex architectural decisions understandable (German/English).
