Experienced team leader therapeutic residential group (m/f/d)

We are competent partners and companions to support people with eating disorders, obesity and other mental illnesses. Our holistic approach focuses on people with their individual needs and skills. Within our interdisciplinary team, specialists from the fields of medicine, therapy, social pedagogy and oecotrophology work closely together to develop targeted and solution-oriented consulting and therapy offers. In addition, we work closely with a comprehensive network of cooperation partners to provide the best possible support for those affected. Our cooperation includes specialist clinics, medical and therapeutic practices, as well as other health care institutions. This close networking ensures that those affected can access comprehensive and coordinated supply offers. For our new intensive therapeutic group at Stachus in Munich we are looking for an experienced team lead from May 2026. Together with us, You build up a new intensive therapeutic group and shape structure, posture and therapeutic quality from the outset. You create a home for our young people and develop a reliable, development-promoting therapy environment. You take over the leadership of a dedicated team, promote clear cooperation and strengthen a culture of professionalism and mutual support. You are responsible for crisis interventions and individual assistance and support planning in close cooperation with youth offices and specialist departments. You actively shape educational and therapeutic processes and ensure stability and orientation in the group daily. You also keep an overview in challenging situations and combine structure with empathy. You accompany and secure the professional documentation of your team. You are responsible for service planning and organisational processes. You promote the professional development of your employees through guidance, supervision and transparent communication. You take over their own reference clients.

You have a training/studium of social education (B.A.)/social work (B.A.)/ state-recognized medical education. You ideally have a therapeutic additional training, such as a systemic or DBT training. You enjoy working with young people, young adults and their families. You want to take over leadership responsibility or already have leadership experience. You have the ability to clearly limit the patient with simultaneous sensitivity. You are interested in introducing your skills in cooperation in a collegial, multidisciplinary team from the fields of social education, psychology, oecotrophology and medicine. You have a pronounced social pedagogical fall. You bring pronounced communication skills and organisational skills as well as safe handling in common MS Office programs with
