Professional and holistic care of our patients: inside the heart surgery before, during and after heart surgery Instrumentation and Assisting in demanding heart-surgical operations as well as ensuring a structured and safe surgical procedure Careful preparation and provision of the necessary instruments, materials, medical devices and implants Close interdisciplinary cooperation with heart surgery, anesthesia, cardiology and other professional groups involved Responsibility for compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards in the OP Reliable and complete documentation of the activities carried out Active participation in the further development of OP processes and quality standards Support for the incorporation of new colleagues and guidance for trainees, assistants and assistance staff Willingness to continue professional development and to participate in standby services

Completed training as an operational technical assistant:in or comparable qualification (specialist, health care and nursing:in with OP experience) Experiences in the heart surgery or a comparable specialized surgery area are desirable, but expressly no condition Interest in heart surgery and modern surgical procedures as well as motivation to develop in this specialized area Quiet, concentrated and structured working even in challenging situations A sense of responsibility and a sensitive and valuable approach to our patients: Embossed team capacity and joy in in interdisciplinary cooperation Flexibility, resilience and openness for new challenges Good IT skills and readiness to integrate into digital documentation systems
