Costing: As a technical calculator in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation technology (HLS), you take responsibility for the economic and technical development of offers in large-scale plant construction. Your focus is on the precise calculation of complex TGA systems and the identification of optimization potentials in terms of cost, execution and efficiency. Procurement testing and creation: You analyze and evaluate tender documents, performance directories as well as post-contractor offers for technical feasibility and economic implementation. On this basis, you will create sound and competitive package offers for demanding TGA projects. Cooperation with the project team: You work closely with the project team and are also an important contact person in the transfer and execution phase. Delivery data and award negotiations: You get supplier offers, advertise them and support them in contract negotiations.

Diverse background: You have a completed commercial training with high technical affinity or a technical training in the field of building and/or Supply technology; alternatively a study in utility technology, technical building equipment, civil engineering or industrial engineering. Professional experience: You bring relevant professional experience in the processing of TGA plant engineering projects and ideally have experience in the calculation and/or planning of HKLS/TGA concepts. Affinity for numbers: You reliably recognize relevant technical optimization potential and implement it both on offer and in cooperation with the project team. IT knowledge: You are safe to use MS Office and have experience with costing software.
