Leadership of service-oriented consultations creative and sales-promoting implementation of the product presentation concept Instruction Construction of action areas Selfemployed cashier activities including Creation of cash billing Conduct interviews and encourage staff Creating a staff deployment plan

You feel as a team leader or branch management our demanding customers grown in a consulting-intensive sale You already have leadership experience You have a cooperative leadership style that is characterized by motivation and commitment, and with your active and intensive advice and support, you will provide our customers with unique shopping experiences There is the possibility, after successful activity, to develop as a branch manager into a position in the field line.

A safe workplace Basic collective agreement: 2.303,- € gross/month on full-time basis Existence of the conditions for classification in occupational group D/level 1. The actual payment is from the respective qualification or Professional experience dependent. There is a willingness to overpayment.
