Would you like to be involved in the realization of sophisticated building projects with state-of-the-art technical equipment? You take responsibility for the successful acquisition of new orders. You like to work together with colleagues from Roh- und Montage and other TGA-calculators in the team and think about the whole thing beyond the plate rim. You will then be right at the ZENTRALEN TECHNIK for all topics related to construction. After intensive integration by experienced colleagues, you will take over the electro-supply processing of turnkey construction projects at the Nuremberg site. Your tasks are: Processing and costing of mechanical plants within the scope of general contractor offers Assessment of tender documents and projects taking into account technical and contractual opportunities and risks Mass and cost determination including BIM working methods and modern technologies such as AI and generative design Development of special proposals and alternatives Price requests for subcontractors and suppliers Creating performance directories Participation in the optimization of processes, standards and calculation methods Support for the entire order acquisition Technical support of specialist purchasing in procurement negotiations with contractors

Complete study of building technology/supply technology, training as a technician or as a master/master installer and heater master:in At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of technical regulations (VDE, VDI, DIN) and construction and contract law (LBO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) Secure handling of popular MS Office applications as well as CAD and AVA programs Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High communication readiness Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
