You collect digital input invoices in our software Team3 plus, assign them to the right projects and submit the master files of the sender You carefully check the invoice sums, enter discount amounts and take the pre-configuration of the individual invoice positions You will balance the bank accounts by assigning payment transactions to the open invoices and, if necessary, by creating manual booking rates. You digitize written transactions, process them analogously to the invoices and forward them to the relevant colleagues via defined workflows You complete the processing by handing over to the automatic workflow and are available as a contact person for queries via team chat

Your basis is a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring a good basic understanding of accounting processes such as confirmation and booking rates. Your work is very careful and reliable, and thanks to your digital affinity you can quickly find yourself in new systems. You will certainly communicate in German (C1 level), both in writing and oral.
