In your new role, you take over the transport value determination of buildings and unstructured land as well as property rights such as inheritance law, housing and property. Furthermore, the assessment of rights and burdens (e.g. walking, driving and management rights, housing, utilisation) on land is one of your tasks. You obtain and test documents such as basic book extracts, cataster plans, building drawings, etc., carry out visits and research comparative data from internal and external sources You carefully analyse the initial situation, choose the appropriate assessment method, depending on the plot, i.e. the material value, yield value or comparison value method and derive an appropriate value even in the case of insufficient data situation. You create clearly structured opinions, document your results in a comprehensible and transparent manner and justify your procedure conclusively In the entire process, you will be in close cooperation with all stakeholders and ensure smooth cooperation
