Apply now! In less than 10 minutes. Responsibility for key account management within the ZEISS SBUs & SSCs as well as acquisition and control of complex customer projects

Analysis, concretisation and coordination of obligations, including technical, economic and temporal feasibility studies

Coordination of internal and external interfaces (IT, law, purchasing, partner companies) to ensure smooth project processes

Contract and offer management: Examination of technical and economic risks, definition of delivery volumes, target costs and dates

Project planning and control incl. Structure building, scheduling, milestone controlling and reporting to ensure time/quality/budget

Management and deployment planning of project teams taking into account qualifications and suitability

Follow-up of completed projects in the sense of a 2nd level support and continuous process optimization

Participation in IT architectures and E2E processes as well as close cooperation with strategic logistics and IT partners and departments on tax and customs matters

The role includes the strategic support and acquisition of customer projects within the ZEISS SBUs & SSCs, as well as the holistic management of complex IT and logistics projects from the specification analysis to the successful conclusion. The focus is on the coordinated cooperation of internal and external partners, contract and offer management, and compliance with time, quality and budget targets. In addition, the position is responsible for the further development of IT architectures and E2E processes as well as the follow-up of completed projects in the sense of sustainable process optimization.

Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable international course of study

At least five years of professional experience in the international supply chain management of an industrial company

Funded IT and process knowledge and SAP certifications in relevant SCM modules

Experience in managing complex, international projects and professional project management

Representative communication, leadership and negotiation competence at different hierarchical levels

Intercultural competence and excellent knowledge of English for cooperation with international partners

Experience in lean management and process optimization

High self-motivation, analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented operation
