Financial Accountant / Business Economist for Group Accounting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the complete and correct preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements and the HSE Group interim financial statements You tax and manage the Group companies and secure a uniform accounting according to IFRS You work closely with Controlling, Accounting and Treasury and are in regular exchange with external auditors:inside You define group-wide standards and guidelines for efficient completion and review them continuously, for example in the Group Accounting Manual and in Corporate Standards You start the quarterly group reporting and calculate relevant covenants You are a specialist contact for the General Ledger Team and you will start booking instructions including HGB and TAX You will check compliance with relevant obligations and criteria in connection with the Senior Secure Notes financing, e.g. information obligations, baseline boundaries and covenants, and evaluate internal actions You control and coordinate projects in the financial sector and actively promote the development of processes and systems in Group Accounting You process inquiries from shareholders, management, internal and external stakeholders and start presentations as part of your tasks

You have a completed economic study with a focus on accounting, finance or auditing You have well-founded IFRS identifiers, in particular IFRS 9, IAS 38 and IFRS 16, and you are sure to know about Group Attachment and Group Report You apply consolidation and consolidated financial processes routined and, at best, brings more than five years of professional experience in consolidated accounting or auditing with a focus on consolidated financial statements. You have experience in working with auditors: both in dealing with complex accounting issues You first write Accounting Memos in English professionally and addressably for auditors: You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you have experience with SAP R3, ideally complemented by knowledge in journalism You communicate in English and German in word and writing You think analytically and conceptually, work on results and convince with responsibility and high quality standards You are ready to go the extra mile if needed You are a team-oriented, communication-strong, and you are confident in the international environment Ideally, you bring first leadership or project responsibility
