Execution of home and lease contracts Installation and care of the resident master data Ensure payment inputs through cooperation and communication with debitors, e.g. care funds Ensuring complete performance accounting (stationary and outpatient) Monitoring and implementation of dunning in cooperation with accounting general administrative tasks, e.g. storage and writing for care Contact and contact person in financial questions for our residents:

a completed vocational training in the commercial sector, preferably for the trader in the healthcare sector or equivalent training Experience in health care management, ideally in home administration and in settlement of stationary and outpatient services Knowledge in the care area and in the legal basis according to SGB XI, SGB V, SGB XII ideally user knowledge of billing software (e.g. Topsoz) and a secure Excel conversion independent, precise operation and rapid understanding high engagement associated with pronounced communicative skills and service orientation

own fitness room with different devices and courses Access to a staff sauna and regular massages and back training

Further training Continuous & further qualification does not know a scheme F - for us it is therefore individual dimensional work. Whether digital e-learnings, an intensive team workshop or a personal coaching is a matter of personal development planning.
