Individually responsible handling and supervision of procurement procedures, from first contact to conclusion of the contract Development of technical concepts and complete offers Control of the interdisciplinary offer project team from the fields of architecture, specialist planning & calculation Support for construction costs and analysis Design, negotiation and conclusion of contracts Construction and development of market presence in the municipal area (Rhineland region)

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in planning, construction or project management of turnkey offices or schools desirable Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction You always have the customer perspective in view and joy of independent and entrepreneurial action You succeed in convincing others and inspire them with your ideas
