Your tasks:

• Representation of colleagues in various business restaurants
• Pre- and preparation of our food according to menu 2000 standard and recipe using modern kitchen technology
• Appealing presentation of food, as the eye is known to eat with
• Friendly communication with guests and customers
• Commodity intake, control of food and professional storage
• Takeover of stock controls and reorders
• Support for new openings and special events
• Maintenance, cleaning of work equipment and preparation of work equipment
• Evtl. operational and administrative matters (HACCP documentation, inventory, etc.)
• Dealing with MS Office applications
• Responsibility for compliance with food law, hygiene, HACCP and safety standards and internal standards in restaurants

You bring it:

• Complete vocational training as a cook
• Guide experience desired *Experience in the community or the company-catring of advantage
• Passion for cooking and pleasure in guest contact
• Feeling for gastronomy and being a host
• Reliability, cleanliness, high quality awareness and team spirit
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Friendly appearance and well-kept appearance
