Process Owner Order-to-Cash - Outbound (m/f/d)

Fully Process Responsibility: Central Contact for Order-to-Cash Process and Coordination and Integration of relevant national and international stakeholders Analyzing and Improving Processes: Assessment of IST Condition, Identification of Vulnerabilities and Detection of Optimization Potentials with regard to Efficiency, Cost and Quality Design end-to-end processes: definition and introduction of future processes including interfaces to internal and external areas such as webshop, sales, logistics incl. Returns, customs, accounting and IT Making performance measurable: building up a monitoring for process targets and KPIs as well as continuous measurement and evaluation of performance Control optimization projects: independent management and implementation of projects along the end-to-end processes and their interfaces to internal and external areas Further development of IT systems: support of the underlying (SAP) IT modules from the acceptance of change needs, coordination with internal IT interfaces, testing and approvals

Education & Qualification: Complete master's degree in economics, engineering, supply chain management or similar fields professional experience & expertise: multi-year professional experience in consulting or managing global processes in procurement and project management with proven success; Understanding processes and systems as well as data structures and process automation IT & language skills: Representative IT affinity as well as practical experience with SAP, in particular in the SD module; additional knowledge in adjacent modules such as finance are advantageous as well as reliable German knowledge (min. C1) and very good English knowledge in word and writing Personal Competence: Embossed communication and persuasiveness to top management and genuine interest in digital solutions and process automation
